Multiplex PCR, detects the following variants: 1) KMT2A exon 7/8/9/10 fused to MLLT10 exon 9/10; 2) KMT2A exon 7/8/9 fused to MLLT10 exon 6, and 3) KMT2A exon 7/8/9 fused to MLLT10 exon 4/5
Specimen Requirements:
RNA-based assays
Peripheral Blood: Minimum 2 mL in EDTA (purple top) preferred or 2 mL in sodium heparin (green top)
Bone Marrow: Minimum 2 mL in EDTA (purple top) preferred or 2 mL in sodium heparin (green top)
