Clinical Application:
Detection and quantitative monitoring of the KMT2A::AFDN fusion transcripts, a result of a t(6;11) translocation involving the 11q23 locus harboring the KMT2A (MLL) gene.

This assay detects 1) KMT2A exon8::AFDN exon2 and 2) KMT2A exon9::AFDN exon 2
